Comparison started with school marks and now runs on lifestyle posts. Your own pace is the antidote.
In the 2025 deactivation experiment, the Instagram benefit was concentrated among women under 25, the group most exposed to appearance and lifestyle comparison. It was an exploratory finding, but it fits. If comparison is your trigger, it's a strong reason to step back.
